ZZL-50-LS (for fine powder materials)This packaging machine is specifically designed for ultra-fine powder materials, can be used in cleanrooms, and offers extremely high weighing accuracy. We have obtained an invention patent for it.This equipment consists of four core components: manual bag installation, lifting mechanism for clamping bags, vertical screw conveyor, and vertical bag conveyor, along with a dust removal system and control system. The entire process is equipped with positive and negative pressure detection systems, intelligently controlled by PLC and photoelectric switches that monitor operations and trigger alarms. This integrated approach ensures stable, reliable, and continuous operation throughout the workflow.Major Function ·Automatic completion of material packaging control function, including weight display, packaging timing, process chain, fault alarm.·It has the function of automatic storage, recovery (copy) and debugging parameters.·Automatically store the control parameters of ten packaging weights and the cumulative output, cumulative number of packages, total output and total number of packages of each packaging weight in the shift.·Adopting a vertical screw variable-frequency feeding method enhances operational precision and speed.·High brightness fluorescent double row display, real-time display of packaging weight, cumulative output, number of packages.·Adjustable automatic skin cycle function, compact function, keyboard encryption function, data encryption function, clock display function.·The RS232 and RS485 interfaces are configured to connect computers and micro printers.
